Thomas the Train

The Florida Railroad Museum is less than an hour north of us, and every year it puts on an event called "A Day Out With Thomas". It's like a miniature carnival for kids where the highlight is a 25-minute train ride on Thomas the Train himself! Pops and Grann knew the kids would love it since Ryder loves trains and all things with wheels, and Harper just loves to be busy and keep up with her big brother. While waiting for our train ride, the kids enjoyed the inflatable slide, the bounce house, and the wooden train sets. Ryder looked very official in his train conductor t-shirt and hat from home, and we didn't have to wait in a mile-long line or pay an arm and a leg in the souvenir tent. :)

So his hat is a little big, but it kept the sun out of his eyes!
