Since Thursday was pretty overcast and "cool" for us Floridians, it was the perfect day to spend outside. We visited two different playgrounds and the kids didn't even sweat! :)

We've been watching episodes of American Ninja Warrior this summer, so Harper treats every playground as a practice obstacle course. She loves the monkey bars right now!

On Saturday we hopped in the Grandpa van and drove down to Clinton. We spent the day at my grandma's house surrounded by family: Dave and Jenny; Angela, Parker, and Madelynn; Uncle Terry; Lynn, Greg, and grandson Devin. The weather was beautiful so the kids enjoyed Great-Grandma's backyard--they threw the frisbee, blew bubbles, and just chased each other around.

On Sunday we went to Eagle Point Park to wear out the kids get some fresh air before eating lunch and driving back to Mom and Dad's house. The kids remembered the playground from last summer and were excited to climb to the top of the castle again.
Madelynn even found some equipment that was just her size!

On Tuesday afternoon, the kids and I hugged Grandma, Grandpa, and Annie goodbye (sniff, sniff 😢) and drove to my sister's house. Angela made dinner for us and then we piled the kids in the car and headed to the park to play. The three older cousins had a sleepover in the basement, and we all headed back to the park the next day before leaving for the airport.
